How Do You Earn Commissions?

To earn commissions, not one time, but indefinitely with your referral, just promote our products, using your special linking code.

Each time you refer a prospect (when they click on your link), we'll track that prospect. Depending on the product sold you will earn a typical 25% commission for direct referrals (1st tier), and a 5% commission whenever a referred Affiliate refers a sale (2nd tier) on all our products.

At any time, you can log in to your secured administration area, and see real time statistics, which include your sales and visitors by month.

Bottom line:  Thou Shall NOT SPAM.  But freely use a signature block with your URL link in daily communication emails.  Think referring to friends, not covering the world wide web.

How To Join

To become a HopeForCancer Friend read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS carefully, then fill out an application. If you have any questions, look at the FAQs to the right, Email Us, and feel free to speak to us during the application process. We will review your application, then provide joining instructions to complete the process.

Upon joining you will receive your Affiliate ID and instructions for your website.  You can use that link to send to your email list, use in your signature file, or use in any referral.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions between us, Baumeister LLC (and any subsidiaries), and you, the affiliate, regarding your application to participate in “HopeForCancer Friend” Affiliate Program (hereafter, the ‘Program’). Upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and your execution of this agreement in the place provided below, this will be a legally binding agreement between you and us.

I Accept These Terms And Wish To Become An Affiliate

1) Term Of The Agreement

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application, and will end when terminated by either party. Hereafter for simplicity, references to Baumeister LLC and/or HopeForCancer and/or DiscountCoral will be in the pronoun we, us and our; references to you as the affiliate will be you and your.

Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term.

2) Modification Of The Agreement:

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Notification will be via Hope Bulletin Board per paragraph 6) below.

Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules.

If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the program following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

3) Limitation Of Liability:

We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

4) Independent Investigation:

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.

You understand that we may at any time, directly or indirectly solicit customer referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in this agreement or operate web sites that are similar to or compete with your web site.

You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.

5) Referral Commissions and Payments Procedures:

The amount of referral commissions due to affiliates will be as follows:

First tier referral commission.  For a sale, which we make as a result of a direct referral by an affiliate, that affiliate will receive a commission fee per the current fee schedule (generally 25% of the selling price of the service or product sold). This is known as a first-tier referral commission.

Second tier referral commission.  For such a sale as described in the previous paragraph, if the affiliate who made the direct referral is a sub-affiliate of another affiliate, the second affiliate will usually be eligible for a commission fee per the current fee schedule (generally 5% of the selling price of the service or product sold). This is known as a second-tier referral commission.

On certain services or products we may pay higher or lower fixed commission fees, solely at our discretion and with no prior notice.  For current fee schedule (commissions per product) Click Here.

If a customer purchases a 60 day cash-back guarantee product, commissions will be held until after the 60 days has elapsed, and then will be included in the next regular monthly payment.  To date, there has not been a claim.

If a customer later requests a refund or a charge back is issued by the credit card holder whose credit card was used to pay for that customer's account, any commissions that were credited to both first tier and second tier affiliates will be deducted from the next monthly payment.

If there is no next monthly payment, the affiliate will be billed and hereby agrees to be bound by law to reimburse us in full for any such commissions.

Payments will be issued via check by the 5^th business day of the next month, made payable to the affiliate in the name you submitted during online registration, and mailed to the mailing address you provided.

You must have accumulated commissions of at least $25 for a given payment period before a check will be issued. If commissions are less than $25 for a given month, the commissions will be held over till the next month. This will continue until the commissions accumulate to more than $25.  After 3 months of inactivity, any commissions of less than $25 will be paid minus a $2 service fee.

We reserve the right to withhold any payments until you have furnished us a properly executed W-9 form as prescribed by the Internal Revenue Service.

6) Communication

You understand the value of priority, privileged, non-interrupted communication to all affiliates.  The method we will use is the Hope Bulletin Board.  You agree to install the Hope Bulletin Board system (a tiny program) and accept the initial message.  Should you decide to remove the message Hope Bulletin Board, you realize you will miss valuable exclusive Program communications not available by any other source. Your special product pricing will only available via the Hope Bulletin Board. Program messages will seldom exceed two per week. You agree and accept that email shall be sent by us in the form of newsletters and updates either in the name of HopeForCancer, DiscountCoral, Baumeister LLC, or any other name we choose to use.

7) Promoting the Program:  Affiliate Sites, E-Mails And Promotion Methods

You shall be solely responsible for all materials that appear on your site. You shall strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in conducting your business and more specifically in marketing and advertising.
-  Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, you shall not send unsolicited e-mail (SPAM). 
-  You shall not send e-mail or any other communication to a recipient if the recipient has requested that it discontinue such communication. 
-  You shall not send nor display on your Web site any material that may be considered to be harassing, libelous, defamatory, legally obscene or pornographic, threatening, abusive or hateful.

We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to pre-approve the graphics and logos used on any Web site which is linked to our site. Furthermore, you shall annotate your site with appropriate copyright, trademark and other similar notices as required.  If you specify a price point for products in your marketing and advertising, you shall ensure that it is updated regularly to reflect all price changes. 

We shall have the right to monitor your Web site at any time, and from time-to-time to determine if it is in compliance with the terms and conditions on this Agreement.

8) Tracking of Sales:

We are solely responsible for tracking sales using special software that communicates with the specially encoded URLs assigned to affiliates. We will endeavor to do our best to ensure accurate tracking of your referrals.

Affiliates will themselves be solely responsible for ensuring that these special URLs are formatted properly, a necessary prerequisite to accurate tracking of referral sales.

Notwithstanding the above statement of responsibility by us to track sales, you hereby acknowledge and accept that the tracking system employed by us is not 100% fail-safe and that there may on occasion be instances of referral sales made that are not credited to an affiliate for any number of possible reasons, some of which might be:
-  Failure by the affiliate to use the proper format of the specially assigned URL in promotions, webpage links, banner ads, and so on;
-  Deliberate or accidental actions by customers, intentionally or unintentionally, that circumvent your special URL so that our software is unable to accurately track that sale;
-  Bugs, glitches or crashes of the tracking software that render it unable to accurately track sales for a period of time;
-  Acts of a nature that cause irretrievable data loss on the computers and back-up disk media that store the commission information.

As such, you will not hold us liable to compensate for any claimed commissions that were not tracked and recorded by the tracking software. We will pay referral fees on any future sales after the customer has re-entered our site through the use of a cookie placed on the end user computer.

If, through no fault of ours, the cookie is removed or not allowed by the end user, that customer's purchase may be tracked only if customer enters our site directly through a link from your site.

The cookie will expire at the end of 365 days, the maximum currently allowed under our software.

9) Relationship of Parties:

You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.

10) W-9 Form for U.S. Residents and Companies

We are required by the Internal Revenue Service to have a form W-9 on file before paying any United States-based affiliate members. We ask that all affiliates complete and mail or fax this form to us a soon as possible.  We reserve the right to delay affiliate payments until this document is received.

In order to make this more convenient for you, we have provided an on-line version of the IRS form so that you may obtain it here. Please follow the instructions below to download and complete the W-9 form.

1. The W-9 form has been saved in portable document format (PDF). In order to view the document you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

2. Download the W-9 form and open it with the Acrobat Reader.

3. Print a hardcopy and complete the form. Please fill in your Federal Tax Identification Number, name and address, and state specifically whether you are a Corporation, Individual, LLC, LLP, Not-for-Profit, Partnership, S-Corporation, Sole Proprietor, or Other. Be sure that your identification number and name coincide. If you are using a Social Security Number as your Tax Identification Number, then we need your name, not your company name.

4. Please include "Baumeister LLC" along with your affiliate number in the form section called "Requester’s name and address".

5. Once completed, please mail the W-9 form to:

11) Application Rejection Criteria

You must sign up using only your web site or dial-up ISP email address. We reserve the right to delete potential Affiliate Registrations at any time from registrants using FREE web-based email addresses, from any web-based email provider, such as, but not limited to, Hotmail, Yahoo, Netscape etc.

Baumeister LLC reserves the right to delete Affiliate Registrations at any time if Internet fraud seems likely.

12) Grounds for Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate any Affiliate without notice for sending any unsolicited email (SPAM) or for misrepresenting the product, product results, or the Program. If you are terminated for such reason, any and all commissions unpaid will be forfeited by you and we will have the right to seek monetary reimbursement for damages caused by your actions.

You shall not set up, or attempt to set up, any kind of reseller, affiliate, referral, associate, bounty or any program whereby you sell product(s) in our Program through other entities.

You agree not to use any predatory advertising methods in the promotion of the Program. Predatory advertising is defined as any method that creates or changes links or banners on web sites without the expressed permission of that web site owner. Participation in predatory advertising programs will be cause for your immediate termination and you will forfeit all unpaid commissions.

13) Miscellaneous:

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona , without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Phoenix , Arizona , and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement

Folks, This is a business of helping others.  You need that blessing too!

Realize we have a sister site where we help folks with significant health issues - Cancer!

There, we have provided free assistance to folks needing the HopeForCancer protocol in the past, and know that often financial resources are critical at this point in life.

Now there is an option.  Very fair compensation for helping others.  Yes, it significantly reduces our income, but it helps more people.

Q:  There's no cost, and you reduce your profit.  Why are you doing this?

A:  Wow.  Great Q with many aspects.
1. Help more people. Absolutely!
2. Help those struggling to simply afford their own protocol to have an income stream.
3. Increase sales.  Our profits go down per sale, but overall profit increases with increased sales.
4. Lower wholesale costs by efficiencies of larger purchases

Q:  Why do you have an application process?

A: We welcome the Internet marketer into our DiscountCoral and Hope Friends & Family.  But we want to ensure they understanding the sensitivities of our business.  So we will screen their traffic building website, and if we have questions give them a call.

Q: What kind of savings on my own products do I receive?

A: That varies by product, although most are 25%.  A $100 retail purchase for only $75.  The flagship HopeForCancer product ~ Ellagic Insurance ($79 retail) for $38. Q: Why such a great price on Ellagic?

Q: What happens when someone orders from my link?

A: The software tracks it, sends you and us both an email with specifics, including commissions. It tallies the commissions, and at the end of the month generates the check information.  You can look at it at any time from your secure sign-in.  Details are in the signup email.

Q: What if they don't purchase the first time on your web, but return using a bookmark?

A: The software tracks them and you will still receive the appropriate credit.  The exception, if they delete their cookies, or have them blocked.

Q: What if someone I refer also becomes a Hope Friend (affiliate).

A: Several things.

1.  They receive the same welcome email as you.
2. We both receive notification
3. You continue to receive 25% commissions on their orders, and 5% commissions on anyone they refer to the site (2nd Tier).

Q: This is this multi-level marketing?

A: Not in my mind, but it is a definite 2 tier affiliate program.  We went looking for a way to reward our friends as they helped others.

We don't have to pay a second tier, but since the software supports it, we thought you would appreciate that aspect. There is no commission for finding 'business', only for product purchases.  And frankly we equate that with helping people.  And that friend, is our mission.

Q: When and how do you pay commissions?

A: By check mailed by the 5th business day of the month. A few conditions apply, see the Terms & Conditions.

Q: Do you withhold income taxes.

A: No, you are an independent contractor, and responsible for your own taxes.  At the end of the year, we send you a Form 1099 for all commissions paid.  That is also reported to the IRS.

Q: How much can I make doing this?

A: Now you are trying to make me sound like a MLM sales guy!  I won't make any guarantees nor promises except this. 

We run business with the highest integrity.  We do what is right, and we help people.  When you do the same, you will be appropriately rewarded.

Q: What will you do to help me do this?

A: You refer the people, we offer them the same services you received, personal service.

If you would like marketing ideas or technical assistance, just ask.  If you would like a personal 'doorway page' (your unique webpage at HopeForCancer or DiscountCoral) just ask.  Again, no costs whatsoever.

Q: What's the downside of this program?

A: Hmmm.  For you - today I'd say that I'm experiencing a tiny bug in the messenger program.  It works, but occasionally throws up an old test message.  I'm sure that will be gone soon.

Second, risk for us.  We are trusting you to protect this business, and not do anything foolish like SPAM, send out cure letters, etc.
